This website is not for patient data
Please don't send patient data, protected health information or confidential information through this website or its forms. If you do, we will delete it.
What we collect
- What you type in our forms (“Build your system” and “Contact”): your name, email, and optionally company, phone, and your answers or message.
- Your language choice (English, Spanish, Portuguese or French), stored only in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
When you press “Send”, what you typed goes to our own server, together with the IP address it came from (used only to stop abuse). From there it is emailed to our team at info@axiomaxhitech.com through Google's email service and kept so we can reply to you. We use it only to answer you. To ask us to delete it, write to info@axiomaxhitech.com.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.
- We don't use cookies. Fonts and files are served from our own site, not from third parties.
Why we use it
Only to answer you, understand your request, and follow up about it.
Where it is kept
Information you send us is kept on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and in our email.
How long
Only as long as needed to answer you and keep ordinary business records. The exact retention period will be set before launch.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@axiomaxhitech.com.

No envíes datos de pacientes, información de salud protegida ni información confidencial por este sitio o sus formularios. Si llegara alguno, lo borramos.
Qué recogemos
- Lo que escribes en nuestros formularios («Crea tu sistema» y «Contacto»): tu nombre, correo y, si quieres, empresa, teléfono y tus respuestas o mensaje.
- Tu idioma (inglés, español, portugués o francés), guardado solo en tu propio navegador para que el sitio lo recuerde. No se nos envía.
Cuando pulsas «Enviar», lo que escribiste llega a nuestro propio servidor, junto con la dirección IP desde la que se envió (solo para frenar abusos). Desde ahí se manda por correo a nuestro equipo en info@axiomaxhitech.com a través del servicio de correo de Google, y se guarda para poder responderte. Lo usamos solo para contestarte. Para pedirnos que lo borremos, escribe a info@axiomaxhitech.com.
Lo que no hacemos
- No usamos rastreadores publicitarios ni vendemos tu información.
- No usamos cookies. Las letras y archivos salen de nuestro propio sitio, no de terceros.

Solo para responderte, entender lo que pides y darle seguimiento.
Dónde se guarda
Lo que nos envíes se guarda en la infraestructura de Amazon Web Services (AWS) y en nuestro correo.
Cuánto tiempo
Solo lo necesario para responderte y llevar los registros normales del negocio. El plazo exacto se fijará antes del lanzamiento.
